3M™ Tape Primer 94 is an adhesion promoter that significantly improves the bond strength of tapes, films and vinyl graphics to low surface energy substrates such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces. It dries fast to a clear finish and is ideal for applications where enhanced tape performance is required, especially when using 3M™ VHB™ or other high-strength adhesive tapes.
